We are based in London, United Kingdom but we ship worldwide to most countries for free! Items are shipped based on inventory availability, currently we ship from East Asia & USA.
On average it takes 5-10 working days for your order to arrive from dispatch. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks for your jewellery to arrive depending on the country.You can track your order here. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us a message here and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We offer free shipping over $35/£35/€35 to most countries around the world.Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to these countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Aruba, Ascension Island, Bangladesh, Belize, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman Islands, Chile, Cook Islands, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, French Polynesia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Honduras, India, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Malawi, Maldives, Martinique, Mongolia, Montenegro, Nepal, New Caledonia, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Serbia, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Trinidad & Tobago and Tristan da Cunha.

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please contact us here as soon as possible to see if it is possible to amend your order.
If you wish to cancel your order please submit your request through our returns portal, if cancellation is unavailable it could mean your order has been already shipped. For any issues please contact us here.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP here and provide your new address. Please note that if the order has already been shipped we will not be able to amend your address.
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. But don't worry, we will make sure that you get your parcel :) If for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will always offer to ship you a new one completely free of charge - simply contact us here.
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
No, you don’t need to pay any extra custom fees. All duties and taxes are already covered by us, so there won’t be any unexpected charges upon delivery.
If you would like to return your jewellery, please submit a request on our returns portal here. Please note that you 30 days to return your items, after that we only accept warranty claims.
Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with protective packaging but in the rare cases your item(s) arrive damaged, please submit an exchange on our returns portal here and we will ship a new order completely free of charge!
We ship all jewellery in our custom gift boxes. Sometimes numerous items can come in one gift box. Each item is put inside individual clear sealed bags to ensure they are safe and protected during travel. If you would like each item to come in separate gift boxes with a gift bag, then please add 'Gift Packaging' to your cart before you checkout.
